This information provided by (BAYCAN) is provided in accordance with Article 10 of the “Personal Data Protection Law” (KVKK) No. 6698 and due to legal obligation. In KVKK, all kinds of information regarding an identified or identifiable natural person is defined as personal data, and BAYCAN legally obtains, records and stores your personal data by fully or partially automatic or non-automatic means, provided that it is part of any data recording system. , all kinds of personal data processing activities carried out on data such as preserving, changing, rearranging, disclosing, transferring, taking over, making available, classifying or preventing the use of data, to the extent possible in order to protect fundamental rights and freedoms, especially the privacy of private life. It is carried out by taking the highest level of security measures.

Our aim; To inform you about the method of collecting your personal data, the purposes for which it is processed, the legal reasons, to whom and for what purposes your processed personal data may be transferred, and your rights.

WHICH PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS?

Your personal data that may be processed by us if you share it with us or if it is necessary are as follows:

Identity Data; Name, surname, TR ID number, date of birth, place of birth, gender, marital status, nationality
Communication Data; Telephone number, full address information, e-mail address
Special Personal Data; Disability status, blood type, smoking status that you include in your CV

Training Data; Education status, certificate and diploma information, foreign language information, education and skills, attendance

Work Experience Data; Total experience, working status and title, work experiences (company names, periods worked, job description)

Your personal data that you have shared with BAYCAN;

Determining and evaluating the education, health, qualifications and skills required for BAYCAN job conditions,

We would like to state that we will process personal data for purposes such as within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, and that we will retain it for the maximum period specified in the relevant legislation or necessary for the purpose for which they are processed, and possibly for the legal statute of limitations.

c) To whom and for what purpose the processed personal data can be transferred:

Your personal data you provide to BAYCAN for job application within the framework of the above-mentioned purposes and the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Article 8 of the KVKK regarding the transfer of personal data;

It may be shared with the persons specified as references for the purpose of confirming the information you have declared, and with the training companies/exam centers that will conduct the general aptitude test and personality inventory to evaluate your suitability for the requested position.

d) Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data:

Your personal data collected by the following methods, based on your request to BAYCAN, based on explicit consent from the processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, for the purposes specified in articles (b) and (c) above; Resumes and other information/documents you transmit to BAYCAN by hand, e-mail or similar methods may be collected in writing, verbally, electronically or otherwise, in whole or in part, automatically or non-automatically.

e) Other Rights of the Personal Data Owner:

Without prejudice to the situations stipulated in Article 28 of the KVKK titled “Exceptions”, by applying to BAYCAN within the framework of Article 11 of the Law, your personal data;
