Private Eskişehir OIZ Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School signed an important cooperation protocol with Baycan Elektrik, one of the leading companies in the sector, to support students’ professional development and ensure they are prepared for the business world as better-equipped individuals.
The protocol ceremony was attended by Bülent Seğmen, Principal of the Private Eskişehir OIZ Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, Engin Yılmaz, General Manager of Baycan Elektrik, Esen Kılıç, 3rd Generation Board Member, and company executives.
Within the scope of the signed protocol, cooperation will be established in areas such as on-the-job skills training for students, enabling teachers to closely follow sectoral developments, and organizing technical visits and seminars. In addition, joint efforts are planned specifically within the scope of R&D studies and production projects for the defense industry.
Speaking at the protocol ceremony, School Principal Bülent Seğmen said, “The quality of vocational education increases through strong collaborations established with the sector. This protocol we signed with Baycan Elektrik will be an important opportunity for our students. While preparing our youth for business life, we aim to raise them in line with the expectations of the sector. I believe this cooperation will provide significant contributions to both our students and the industry.”
Baycan Elektrik executives emphasized that collaborations established with vocational high schools are of great importance in meeting the need for qualified technical personnel.
Thanks to this cooperation, students will have the opportunity to get to know the sector more closely before graduation; they will develop their professional competencies by gaining experience in real work environments and increase their employment opportunities.
