We design production lines unique to our company by utilizing numerous technologies, including software, automation, and artificial intelligence. These lines, designed specifically for each product and based on order quantities, are integrated into our ERP system, along with infrastructures that collect product safety, testing, calibration, and configuration data.
We have production lines of various types and sizes, offering optimal solutions tailored to employee ergonomics and product specific needs. Additionally, with our unique and innovative approach to production at our recently developed defense and aerospace facility, we aim to become a recognized and preferred partner in the industry.
In aviation and defense industry production, holes for mounting hardware are drilled on transparent Plexiglass, which is laid on a horizontal surface over a 1:1 scale technical drawing. This practice can pose a problem with the readability of the technical drawing. At Baycan Elektrik A.Ş., to preserve the drawing form of our products, we do not have holes drilled in the Plexiglass we use. Instead, we use suction cups for mounting guides and tools. This technique allows us to utilize the 1:1 scale without contact between the drawing and the user.

Thanks to over 55 years of experience in the cable hardware industry and systems developed by our strong engineering team, we fully respond to customer-specific requests.
The testing infrastructure for our designed panelized line systems ensures that all products we manufacture are verified and checked before delivery to the customer.
We are committed to maintaining all production stages and traceability records of our products for 30 years, in accordance with the ISO 27001 standard. Our products are recorded and stored in the system along with test marking, product testing, and all configuration data.
We maintain all our data with specially developed backup methods and provide our customers with the fastest traceability reports when necessary.
Advanced Production Technologies
We monitor our panel-based production line systems using our WorksFx software and PLC technologies. All error data detected during each recorded process step is automatically recorded and classified electronically by our expert quality team.
The generated error data, analyzed using the HataBank (TM) reports, enables us to continuously improve our customer products and processes. As we analyze this data using various data mining methods, we also improve our WorksFx software.
Scaled Production Lines
Customer product schematics, developed with the Tyco HarnWare program and our 44” wide, unlimited printing capacity, enable us to produce products at exact scale without errors. Our product-specific “Definitive Work Plan” form, developed in accordance with AS9100, adds all production data to the production template drawn on HarnWare. Because the production template and the DWP form are structurally linked, we can track all production processes on this form as configuration data.
DWP forms are delivered to the field along with the materials, personnel, equipment, and, when necessary, PPE required for the production flow. The DWP form is also tracked via MPS (work order) in the ERP system. All material consumption information is assigned to the product ID with a unique serial number, completing traceability.
