In January 2023, Baycan Elektrik organized the Production and Skills-Oriented Women’s Social Development Workshop organized by Eskişehir Organized Industrial Zone Directorate (with the participation of the Provincial Directorate of Family and Social Services and İŞKUR) under the name of the Social Development Support Program (SOGEP) carried out by the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Turkey. With these projects we carried out for our professionally inadequate and low-educated female employees, we increased their education level by 74% last year by providing them with technical qualifications. “We aim to increase this rate to 85% in the next 10 years.”
