Operating in cable harness and cable assembly manufacturing in Eskişehir, Baycan Elektrik brought together employees from different generations at its Long-Service Awards Ceremony. According to the company, the event held at the Vehbi Koç Congress Center was more than a celebration of years of service; it also provided an opportunity to reflect on the company’s development over the years and the collective effort behind its growth.
During the event, Baycan Elektrik General Manager Engin Yılmaz shared the company’s journey from its early years to the present day. Highlighting the development of the company’s manufacturing capabilities, Yılmaz outlined new investments, increased production capacity and initiatives aimed at expanding into different sectors.
Yılmaz emphasized that the extensive manufacturing experience gained in the home appliance sector is now being transferred to other industries, including automotive, defense and aerospace. He noted that Baycan Elektrik’s growth continues through new production areas and investments. The program also featured the company’s success stories, highlighting that its achievements to date are the result not only of new investments but also of a manufacturing culture built over the years and the knowledge and expertise accumulated by its employees.
Long-Service Plaques Presented to 81 Employees
During the awards presentation, a total of 81 employees who had completed 5, 10, 15, 20 and 35 years of service at Baycan Elektrik were honored on stage. Long-service plaques were presented to employees who have contributed to the company’s development in various roles and areas of responsibility. The 35-year employment milestone also offered a unique perspective on the company’s transformation over time.
